    1. These are not a good idea. Keep your resume simple. Most are scanned in and searched for keywords so stay away from fancy layouts. Also, never use a photo. That can lead to bias.

    2. Never put silly graphs of your skills, never! Just don't do it. It's the most pointless, conceited crap ever. You're 86% at Photoshop, WTF does that mean to anyone? and why would you ever put anything on your resume that you're not good at? All that tells an employer is that you didn't have enough skills so you're having to promote your non-skills.
